Studio Booking & Deposit Policy
Recording sessions are booked by appointment only via call, text, or email.
A 50% deposit is required to book a session. This deposit covers half the cost of the session. The remaining balance is due in full at the end of each session.
A deposit reserves the space in the studio and compensates the recording engineer/producer for their time. However, if cancellations occur less than 48 hours in advance, it does not give us enough time to book a replacement session with such short notice. Therefore, the deposit is forfeited to make up for the lost studio time and to compensate the recording engineer for the missed session.
If cancellations occur more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be applied toward a future session.
If cancellations occur less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.
As a courtesy, we ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled session. Clients are billed for the scheduled start time, regardless of what time they arrive.
